01 The story, in three paragraphs

Why everyone keeps coming back.

PNY, nestled in the vibrant 12th arrondissement of Paris at 120 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine, is a standout destination for hamburger lovers and American fare aficionados seeking a fresh twist on comfort food. This New American restaurant and steakhouse masterfully redefines the classic burger experience with a menu that tantalizes both meat lovers and vegetarians alike.

The culinary star at PNY is undoubtedly their Hamburgers Grillés À la Flamme, where flame-grilled patties are crafted with exceptional care. The Hamburger Jucy Lucy, a crowd favorite served in limited quantities, offers an unforgettable sensation of a molten cheddar core enveloped within a perfectly charred beef patty, layered with Minneapolis sauce, grilled onions, and tangy pickles. For those craving a touch of California sunshine, the Morning California burger combines PNY’s house-ground steak, old-fashioned cheddar, and zesty guacamole with fiery jalapeños and sriracha mayo, all resting on crisp iceberg lettuce—a bold and refreshing take that marries creamy and spicy beautifully.

The Vintage Cheeseburger pays homage to tradition with its classic simplicity: a succulent PNY steak patty paired with sharp cheddar, capturing the essence of a timeless American burger done right. Beyond burgers, PNY caters to all appetites with their Little Monsters menu for the young or young at heart, featuring petite cheeseburgers or crispy fried chicken nuggets, complemented by golden fries and playful grenadine, peach, or mint syrups.

The side dishes at PNY elevate the meal experience further—the Reloaded Fries and Loaded Fries are addictive, crispy, and generously seasoned, while Patates Douces offer a sweet contrast. For a lighter option, the Wedge Salad provides fresh greens dressed perfectly to cleanse the palate.

Stepping into PNY, you immediately notice the inviting ambiance, a harmonious blend of casual American diner vibes and refined Parisian cool. The tasteful decor and laid-back atmosphere create a welcoming space where diners can savor their meals comfortably while enjoying an eclectic soundtrack that, as one visitor delightfully noted, includes classic hip hop tunes—injecting a lively and nostalgic energy into the dining experience.

Customer reviews consistently highlight the quality and authenticity of PNY's offerings. Foodies like Tommaso Cigognetti call it “one of the best hamburgers” they've ever had, praising the impeccable service and stylish setting. Sheila Suarez de Flores appreciates the family-friendly environment, vegan options, and the thoughtful inclusion of gluten-free buns, making it a versatile spot for diverse dietary needs. Meanwhile, regulars like Gabor Andrejkovics emphasize PNY's status as a top burger haunt in Paris, applauding the delicious, non-smash style patties and the must-try milkshakes.

In a city famed for its culinary sophistication, PNY confidently stakes its claim as a go-to haven for those craving hearty, expertly executed burgers with inventive American flare. Whether you're seeking a gourmet twilight snack, a casual lunch, or a fun family dinner, PNY promises an indulgent, satisfying feast that delights with every bite and leaves you eager to return for more.

This is off the normal tourist path but I decided to stop here because I was really craving fries! I was a at promptly and got my food and beer delivered promptly as well. The chicken sandwich and fries I had were both good. I really enjoyed dining here and I appreciated hearing old school hip hop being played.

Solid fries. Got the vintage burger and enjoyed quite a bit! However, it was a bit too pricey for what it was. No need to spend so much on a burger, but if you can, it is good. Really pretty building.

It was not the first time for us, and not the last. One of the best burgers in town so far, which is normal burger and not smash. Return of the Cowboy burger is just as good as the most popular one, and the milkshakes are also good to try. Look out to put some salt on the French fries though. Usually you can have a place, not a huge line.

This was one of the best burgers I have had! You can taste all ingredients. The meat is very tender and flavourful. We also ordered chicken tenders and it was amazing - crispy and soft. Good drinks too!

Really friendly service. Good, not great burgers. Solid 4 star joint. The bread/bun was great. It was soft and moist but the meat was small slightly lacking of the same quality. It was still tasty but it was smaller than you'd expect for the price and size of bun. All other ingredients were solid and the fries were super tasty.
